All products have been hand-crafted and created for you. Wood grains and colors can vary so no two pieces are truly identical. If you do order multiples of the same color or variety, every effort will be made to create it from the same piece of wood and as similar as we are able to but that is not always possible.

All sales come with 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within the first 30 days for a refund. Shipping charges will not be returned.
Quantities of 15 or more that are not already in inventory should allow for 7-10 day production time, with shipping to follow immediately afterwards.
All custom requests over $50 will be agreed to in writing prior to production, require a 30% deposit to cover materials, and remainder of balance to be paid before item(s) shipped.
Wood combinations are made by hand, from scratch, so exact duplication should not be expected and cannot be guaranteed.

We truly hope you enjoy everything purchased from Scrap Wood Cuts, LLC. However, if you are not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price if the item(s) are returned without damage within 30 days of purchase.
